Budget Balance

The Budget Balance released by the Czech National Bank is the difference between income and expenditure (Excluding net lending) at the end of the budget's period (excluding net lending). If the amount is positive then the balance shows a surplus, to the contrary, if it is negative, the balance is in deficit. Generally, a surplus is seen as positive (or bullish) for the Czech Koruna and a deficit is seen as negative (or bearish).
